6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For COD orders not cancelled within the timeframe, no-show fees may apply.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Prescription Products
