At KramVeda, we understand that timely delivery of your Ayurvedic medicines is important. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and quickly. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Shipping Zones & Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India, including metros, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities. We do not ship internationally at this time.

📍 Special Note: For remote areas, rural locations, and certain pin codes, delivery may take additional 2-4 days. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

⚠️ Important: If you refuse to accept a COD order without valid reason, future COD orders may be blocked on your account. A refusal fee may also be charged to cover shipping costs.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Do not accept the package if visibly damaged at delivery
  2. Take photos/videos of damaged products and packaging
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9817422483
  4. We will arrange for replacement or refund immediately

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no update for 7+ days or package is declared lost by courier:

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended by 2-4 days. We recommend ordering in advance during such periods. We will notify you of any significant delays via email/SMS.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided by you:
