Shipping Zones & Coverage
We currently ship to all locations across India, including metros, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
- Orders containing prescription products require additional 12-24 hours for verification
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- SMS notification with tracking link and AWB number
- Email with tracking details and estimated delivery date
- Real-time tracking available on our website under "My Orders"
You can also track your order directly on our courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5000
- A nominal COD fee of ₹49 applies (waived for orders above ₹1000)
- Please keep exact change ready as delivery partners may not carry change
- Orders with high COD value may require phone verification before dispatch
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- For Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (both ways)
- For COD orders: No further action required (order will be cancelled)
- You can request re-shipment by paying additional shipping charges
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged at delivery
- Take photos/videos of damaged products and packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9817422483
- We will arrange for replacement or refund immediately
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no update for 7+ days or package is declared lost by courier:
- We will file a claim with the courier partner
- Full refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days
- You will be kept updated throughout the process
Prescription Products Delivery
Orders containing prescription-only Ayurvedic medicines have special handling:
- Requires prescription upload and verification (additional 12-24 hours)
- Delivered only to the patient named on the prescription
- Adult signature required at delivery (age verification may be requested)
- Cannot be delivered to offices, hostels, or public places

For bulk orders (10+ units of any product):

- Minimum 3-5 business days processing time
- Delivery via dedicated logistics partner
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended by 2-4 days. We recommend ordering in advance during such periods. We will notify you of any significant delays via email/SMS.
Wrong Address Provided
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided by you:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- Processing fee of ₹99 will be deducted from refund (if cancellation requested)
- No refund for COD orders returned due to wrong address
