At KramVeda, we take great care in preparing and packaging our Ayurvedic products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- ✅ Damaged Product: Product arrived with broken seals, leaking containers, or damaged packaging
- ✅ Wrong Product: Different product shipped than what was ordered
- ✅ Expired Product: Product received past its expiry date
- ✅ Missing Items: Incomplete order or missing freebies
❌ Not Eligible for Return: Change of mind, allergic reactions (unless product defect), products used/opened (except damaged), products purchased during clearance sales, and products returned without original packaging.
Return Timeline
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Prescription products require prescription verification for returns
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged/wrong product
- Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup (if applicable)
- Package the product securely in original packaging
Reverse Pickup Process
- Free reverse pickup is provided for damaged/wrong products
- Pickup is attempted up to 2 times at your address
- If pickup fails, you may need to self-ship (shipping charges reimbursed)
- Self-shipped returns should be sent to our warehouse address provided by support team
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Once product is received and inspected (3-5 business days)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Total refund processing time: 7-14 business days
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet)
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (you will be asked to provide bank details)
- Store Credit: Instant credit to your KramVeda wallet for future purchases
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Product shows obvious signs of use (partial refund only)
- Missing parts or accessories (partial refund deducted for missing items)
- Product returned after 7 days but within 14 days (85% refund)
- Items not in original condition due to customer handling
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Full refund within 24-48 hours
- After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible once shipped
- COD Orders: Can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any charge
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for wrong or damaged products only. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process
- Specify you want an exchange instead of refund
- Exchange product will be shipped after we receive returned product
- No additional shipping charges for exchange
